The document is indexed and posted online within a few business days. Certified copies cost $1.00 per page plus a $5.00 certification fee.

Caldwell County property records are public documents. Under Texas Government Code Chapter 552, anyone can request copies of government records without giving a reason. You do not need to be the property owner or a party to a document to access it.
